Reverend Dr. James E. Lower II is a native of Sacramento California where he earned his Doctorate Degree in Metaphysics and is currently an Ordained Interfaith
Minister. Prior to joining the Ministry, Reverend James earned a successful career in public relations and fund-raising that garnered him with many achievement awards and honorable merits; while
helping to raise millions of dollars for non-profit charities, education programs and cultural arts organizations.
